Tell your doctor about your symptoms. there are some really good anti-anxiety and panic disorder medicines on the market now that could really help you.
ask your doctor if you can do lots of physical stress.
go walking or jogging more than you even think is possible
completely wear yourself out then keep walking or jogging past the point you cant take any more.
it will feel like hell but so what? you already feel like hell.
it will help
its okay to do that at your age. anything to physically wear yourself out
(which not many people normally get to do in modern life)
even wringing out a wet towel can help you feel tired before you try to sleep
you need some physical stress to balance off all the mental stress you're going through.
you're awake now which is good. try not to be awake all night often if you can help it.
not having sleep that matches when most people wake/sleep can be an unexpected extra source of nerve type stress
it may seem strange but bringing yourself to great physical exhaustion a few times over a few days should seriously reduce your symptoms. Doctors may forget to tell you because it doesn't come in a bottle and threes not much money to be made by telling you to try this.
If you try this a lot and it doesn't help after a while, please try some of the stuff the doctor wants to give you. You shouldn't have to feel that way all the time, every day. You can always tell your doctor later you want to try without it again.
