Can you have STD symptoms 12 hours after unprotected sex? I have basically a cut or rug burn is better word?

it's located on head of the penis, basically condom broke and had unprotected sex for a fews minutes and notice this when i woke up in the morning..

if she was tight down there & u struggled to get it in, thts prolly the reason why it burned.
