Model Airplanes, Bridge Building and Electronic Gadgets Workshop — Offered by the Department of Recreation and Parks. Children will build their own rubberband-powered airplane; build a balsa wood bridge and then test the bridges to see which one can hold the most weight; and work with electronics and build a patrol car siren, burglar alarm and a Morse code transmitter.
