Prevention is better than cure. These days, it is really more advisable to prevent getting sick than get better when you are already sick. not only is being sick more expensive, it is also harder to stabilize your body’s immune system again. Health should be one of your top priorities because there are more diseases now that can befall you. even people who seem healthy get struck with certain diseases so you should always make sure that your body is in its best state.
Doctors will always recommend their patients to take a lot of fruits, vegetables and other healthy food. It is correct that taking these foods will not act as fast as medicines but the compounds will not hurt your body in any way. Organic foods are also easier to digest so even those who are constipated can take fruits.
Since fruits are all natural, it will not harm the kidneys like medicines. Most medicines contain chemicals that are harmful for the body so if you are planning to take medicines, better read the ingredients first. Although fruits will not act as fast as medicines can, it still has enough compounds and nutrients to keep the body healthy.
Fruits can also be used as the supplement to your daily meals because it contains specific components that can improve your body movement. Fruits can make you become more energetic and active. Also, organic and natural foods like fruits contain anti oxidants that can help the body fight diseases more and make the immune system stronger.
