At night head/nose get congested. I have tried all basic cold remedies. Please offer suggestions. I seem to have the same problem every year around this time end of summer/beginning of fall.

sit in your bathroom with the hot shower going and the steam will help, benadryl, zyrtek, or get a humidifier for for room or vaporizer….???? one or the other look it up..Also vicks vapor rub
Stuffiness can be caused by excess sugar intake
headaches can be from MSG in chinese food;
so reduce sugar; sugar causes mucous to form;
increase Salads; and try ginger; green or any tea
its just sinuses.
probly just a cold, a lot of people feel like this when the season changes
