Irritable bowel syndrome or IBS is a type of disorder that can cause so much discomfort to the person who has acquired it. Though this condition is not that lethal, it can disrupt someone’s lifestyle. How it disturbs a person is due to its symptoms which can include abdominal bloating, cramping, diarrhea and constipation.
