I have a really painful throat and cough. My throat feels dry and my voice is going. I also have a lot of phlegm. But no other cold or flu symptoms. I feel tired and my back is sore but that's it. What could it be? I'm working 12 hour shifts so unable to get to dr and hate going for silly things like coughs.
