<p> now&#8230;<br /> there are &#116;&#104;&#105;&#110;&#103;&#115; that makes &#109;&#101; worry &#097;&#103;&#097;&#105;&#110;&#8230;<br /> if my chest pain &#105;&#115; not heart related pain&#8230;<br /> then why do sometimes i feel my chin (jaw line) pain &#097;&#110;&#100; my left arm tingling &#099;&#111;&#109;&#101;&#115; &#097;&#110;&#100; goes ?<br /> (tho&#039; they &#097;&#112;&#112;&#101;&#097;&#114; &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#111;&#114; &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104;&#111;&#117;&#116; chest pain &#097;&#110;&#100; not radiating like the heart attack symptoms, &#097;&#110;&#100; i dont have shortness of breath)</p>

<p>You more than likely have pinched muscles in your &#098;&#097;&#099;&#107;. When pinched they tend &#116;&#111; tighten &#117;&#112; making it hard &#116;&#111; breathe, it &#099;&#097;&#110; make it feel like you have &#097; car on your chest. When tight, muscles &#099;&#097;&#110; make some of the other problems you indicate happen. If &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; &#105;&#115; not all of the problem it &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; &#098;&#101; the biggest &#112;&#097;&#114;&#116; of it. Here &#105;&#115; how &#116;&#111; release those muscles &#116;&#111; get rid of the pain:<br /> Back: <br /> (do &#102;&#114;&#111;&#109; &#097; sitting position)<br /> Place your left hand on your left leg &#110;&#101;&#120;&#116; &#116;&#111; your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder &#097;&#110;&#100; find the muscles &#110;&#101;&#120;&#116; &#116;&#111; your spine &#097;&#110;&#100; press on them &#097;&#110;&#100; hold. After 30 seconds slowly &#108;&#111;&#119;&#101;&#114; your body &#102;&#111;&#114;&#119;&#097;&#114;&#100; &#097;&#110;&#100; &#116;&#111; the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight &#097;&#115; you do. When you reach your lap remain there for &#097;&#110;&#111;&#116;&#104;&#101;&#114; 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for &#097;&#110;&#111;&#116;&#104;&#101;&#114; 30 seconds. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; reverse your hand positions &#097;&#110;&#100; do your right &#115;&#105;&#100;&#101;.</p></p>
