Me and my girlfriend have been having sex for a couple of weeks now without a condom, we are completely faithful but for some reason we are concerned now (I know we should of thought about it earlier) about std's. Is there any danger now of us catching an std's from unprotected sex or would the damage already be done. Does it mean we are clean or just carriers? should we get tested? Is there any difference if I didn't finish inside her?

Yes there could still be a cause for concern. most common STIs are asymptomatic (have no symptoms) and they don't transmit 100% of the time. Meaning either of you could still have an STI and not have passed it to the other yet. And again, MOST STIs have NO SYMPTOMS so you can NEVER rely on the absence of symptoms as a diagnostic tool.

You both still need to be tested!

Some STIs can be spread with simple (genital) skin to skin contact/rubbing and ejaculation or sperm/vaginal fluids are not required for transmission to occur.

Make a date with your girlfriend and go together to be tested for STIs (and be sure and have a throat swab done if you engage in oral sex and a rectal swab if you engage in anal sex). And I would think about using condoms at least until you get the results.

Most STD's have no symptoms for weeks, months, or even years. just because you have no symptoms doesn't mean you don't have an STD.

Get tested. Having sex without a condom when you have no idea if you're infected is stupid.

No, it makes no difference if you don't ejaculate inside her. some STD's transmit through skin contact alone, and her vaginal fluids, or your pre-ejaculate can still carry an STD.

I really hope she's on the pill and you're not just relying on the pull-out method. Unless you want to be a daddy in the near future.

You can have sex with someone and be exposed to an STD and still not catch it. for example, some people have intercourse multiple times with a person with HIV and don't end up contracting the virus. On the other hand, some people have intercourse with a person with HIV just once and they contract it. Sex is risky business. my suggestion: get tested, it couldn't hurt.

it easy to get carried away with yourself on the first time you have intercourse with your new partner,. eveyone probably has at some point i know i have. (but single now so not really apply to me).
if you are concerned though i would go and get you and your patner tested just for peace of mind

A lot of STDs have no symptoms for the first few months, or even years. there are a few that affect only women, but men can be carriers (example: the form of herpes that causes cervical cancer–it has no symptoms for either sex but only women can get cancer from it). If either of you had sex with someone else before you started dating, and did not get tested afterwards, you both should do so now. It's cheap (and sometimes free) if you go to the health department. call and ask about it. you can make an appointment over the phone, and when you go, no one will be the wiser as to why you're there, except the nurse.

As to whether or not the damage is already done–it depends on a lot of things. best thing for you both to do would be to get tested, just to make sure. That way, if one of you has something that the other hasn't contracted yet, you can take preventative measures to ensure that the other one doesn't catch it.

It doesn't make a difference whether or not you finished inside her. some STDs are passed through skin-to-skin contact, and some through contact with bodily secretions–both of which the two of you have experienced whether you finished inside her or not.

CFS, also known as chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (?CFIDS?), is defined only by its symptoms because of the absence of any known confirming diagnostic criteria. this syndrome is characterized by persistent debilitating fatigue, not relieved by rest, and not accounted for by any specifically identified medical or psychiatric condition.

although the etiology of this syndrome is idiopathic, there are some possible causes, which include viral infection, immunologic dysfunction, abnormal hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (?HPA?) axis activity, neutrally mediated hypotension, nutritional deficiency, and profound psychological stress. in addition to fatigue, symptoms of CFS may include frequent sore throats, painful lymph nodes, headache, difficulty with concentration and memory, and a low-grade fever. this syndrome was originally thought to mostly affect well-educated Caucasian women; however, evidence now shows that CFS affects all racial and ethnic groups and both sexes.

A common complaint from individuals with chronic fatigue syndrome is that their fatigue and other symptoms are noticeably worse in the days following any amount of physical exertion. Attempts at exercise conditioning may be frustrated by this circumstance, and a successful exercise prescription needs to respect this occurrence. Despite the increase levels of fatigue on days following an exercise program, overall improvements in symptoms caused by exercise have been reported in people with CFS. Additionally, people who have been educated on the benefits and are encouraged to participate in regular physical activity tend to show significant improvements in functional capacity and quality of life.

Overall, general recommendations regarding exercise programming for individuals with CFS are difficult to make for a variety of reasons, including levels and times of fatigue. However, when creating a program, there are some general guidelines that offer a conservative approach and that take into account some of the unique difficulties and characteristics of working with this population. the first and main consideration is that the goal of the exercise program should be to prevent further deconditioning that could compound the disability of chronic fatigue. As a trainer, you should avoid adopting the traditional model of training aimed at optimizing aerobic capacity, and should instead focus on modest goals of preventing further deconditioning. As a trainer, it is important that you also discuss with your client the possibility of feeling increased fatigue in the first few weeks of the exercise program. by having this conversation with your client; and finding ways to help avoid large levels of fatigue following the program, the greater the chances your client will stick with the program. Exercise should also generally be initiated at very low levels and based on your client?s activity tolerance.

Aerobic exercise should utilize a familiar activity, such as walking that can be started at a low level. If using RPE to measure intensity, it is suggested that clients be at a 9-12 on the Borg scale. Aerobic activity should be done 3-5 days per week and can be done in 1-2 sessions per day. it may be necessary to start with very small increments of time, eventually progressing to 60 minutes per day as tolerated. Just as in any other program, flexibility exercises are suggested to preserve normal range of motion, and strength training should focus on preservation of strength and on muscles that assist in activities of daily living. Strength-training activities that may cause delayed-onset muscle soreness should be avoided. Finally, progression of exercise activity should focus primarily on increasing the duration of moderate-intensity activities as opposed to increasing intensity. Overseeing this progression will be one of the most challenging aspects of training an individual with chronic fatigue syndrome, and clients should be coached to not overexert themselves on days when they are feeling well, and to reduce their exercise intensity when their symptoms are increased.

There are some special considerations when training clients with this condition. CFS is often accompanied by depression. although treating depression is not in the scope of practice for a fitness professional, it is important to be able to recognize the symptoms and know where to refer your client if need be. also, because of the limited understanding regarding the etiology of CFS, some clients may express frustration with the health and medical care communities, which in the past may have been less than sympathetic to their problems. it is important as a health professional that you talk to your client, and be empathetic to what they are feeling during each training session; a supportive and understanding environment is important when creating programs and educating individuals with CFS. Finally, clients with CFS typically plan their day?s activities ahead of time in order to ?budget? their energy levels. it is crucial that you plan your exercise program around these activities, and that you keep open communication between you and your client so that you are aware of any other activities throughout the day that may require using large amounts of energy.

Exercise programming is not only science, but an art form. As a health professional, you must be creative in your exercise programming, not only to accommodate your clients, but also to keep them interested in the program. Trainers must regularly be more than a source of health information, but often act as a counselor, friend, and support system to their clients. it is especially important with not only clients with CFS, but all individuals, that they have a supportive and understanding environment to work in when it comes to fitness.

Well, all those who have never heard of foie gras. But few know that alcohol is not the root cause of many of them with type 2 diabetes have fatty liver without knowing it. Regardless of alcohol consumption may also develop hepatic steatosis in diabetes. Whatever is in the background increases the risk of heart disease, fatty liver? But keep in mind that weight loss improves the smallest liver.Fatty liver disease can range from fatty liver alone to fatty liver associated with inflammation (steatohepatitis). this condition can occur with the use of disease-related liver fatty alcohol or, in the absence of alcohol.many detrimental changes in health: When fat accumulates in the liver, decreased ability of insulin to reduce production sugar in the liver, ie, sensitivity to insulin. consequently, excess sugar in the blood. at the same time increases insulin in the blood. Fatty liver is associated with insulin resistance. Type 2 diabetes develops when the pancreas at this stage is unable to secrete enough insulin. fat in the liver also produces insulin may be less able to prevent the formation of triglycerides. then high blood triglycerides, while HDL cholesterol is reduced. There is an explanation of the metabolic syndrome of glucose and triglycerides in the blood are high, and low HDL cholesterol waist circumference greater than the increase in liver before.Fatty pace with type 2 diabetes and obesity has increased. by some estimates, eight out of ten obese fatty liver and negative changes in health. Almost all obese people have impaired insulin response in tissues. Obesity is a major cause of fatty liver, but not enough to explain why some people suffer from fatty liver, independent of alcohol consumption. Even normal weight may be fat in the liver, and then allow a correlation with insulin levels resistance.for example, insulin-treated with large amounts of fat in the liver needs more insulin than others. When there is fat accumulation, insulin also decreases requirement.fat in the liver, increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, even when there is no correlation with type 2 diabetes, but to all those who have fatty liver are more likely to have cardiovascular disease.Alcoholics often suffer from cirrhosis of the liver (cirrhosis). The disease can also develop in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver caused.
Schizophrenia is often described in terms of positive and negative (or deficit) symptoms.[16] the term positive symptoms refers to symptoms that most individuals do not normally experience but are present in schizophrenia. they include delusions, auditory hallucinations, and thought disorder, and are typically regarded as manifestations of psychosis. Negative symptoms are things that are not present in schizophrenic persons but are normally found in healthy persons, that is, symptoms that reflect the loss or absence of normal traits or abilities. Common negative symptoms include flat or blunted affect and emotion, poverty of speech (alogia), inability to experience pleasure (anhedonia), lack of desire to form relationships (asociality), and lack of motivation (avolition). Research suggests that negative symptoms contribute more to poor quality of life, functional disability, and the burden on others than do positive symptoms.[17]

i dont know but i wanna tell u that i know someone who is schizo and he cant speak clearly and when he wants to make conversation, he has to put so much effort into it that his hands shake a little—also, he plays the guitar but he cant really master it no matter how much he plays n practices but he plays okay though. oh! and he has a real hard time understanding deep or serious conversations– he loses focus really fast, he cant even seat and watch tv, he gets too anxious or inpatient. and lastly, he cant work! he cant handle the pressure of working, not even bagging groceries.

In most cases, cancer of the cervix is without symptoms. It was discovered by smear in the absence of warning signs. Sometimes however, relatively discrete clinical signs should lead to quickly check.

Most cancers of the cervix are without symptoms, but some forms give rise to bleeding or unusual discharge. Faced with these symptoms should consult your doctor even if the last smear was negative. Discovered by chance in most cases

Uterus cancer symptoms. vast majority of cancerous lesions of the cervix uteri are discovered incidentally during a smear as part of a gynecological consultation or even a medical consultation. more on this review, discover our dossier “smear against cancer of the cervix uteri“.

But too often, regular screening is not performed regularly in some women. various surveys have found an unequal distribution of the realization of these smears with sometimes a repetition of the annual examination in women at low risk and at-risk populations have not undergone a gynecological examination. Finally, the practice of Pap smear is too often abandoned after 50 years, while the risk of cancer of the cervix increases after that age. But sometimes the signs can alert. Discover immediately.

Relatively discreet signs should alert you.
