What can be the reason for these symptoms: bloating, sharp left pelvic pain that radiates down my left side (this pain is either sharp or tingles), alternations of : nausea, diarrhea,and constipation. my abdomen is very tender and the pain seems to wrap around my back. I am obviously going to a doctor but I would like some suggestions for things to look out for….

Gosh, I don't know. I've never heard of an alternation of diarrhea and constipation. it might be a virus?
