I was diagnosed more than ten years ago with disorganized type schizophrenia.

I had many sleepless nights because of tinnitus-like ear problems and stress. I also had bouts of mania and depression. I had delusions, and I had a hard time communicating with other people. I was very shy and rarely spoke up, especially outside of the home. I am an artist, and tended to collect things that were related to my latest art projects. I also had aural hallucinations, and often misheard people.
