Lower back pain very base of my spine, either side of the spine too. Feeling of stiffness and pain when moving which is sometimes severe it brings tears to my eyes. also its sometimes red and warm to touch. Thanks in advance xx

Being warm to the touch indicates inflammation and/or infection. it could be your kidneys. lately I've had some issues with my kidneys myself with similar symptoms. you should see a doctor as soon as you can, just in case, because your kidneys are important. it could also just be back strain, or something like that, but your doctor should have some idea of what exactly it is and how to handle it. good luck.
