I have anxiety symptoms everyday and especially tension headaches, lightheadness and diziness, would betablockers relieve my symptoms?

Since beta blockers aren't FDA approved for treating anxiety, and particularly because they ARE used to treat cardiac arrhythmias, I wouldn't go down that road. There are too many inexpensive and highly effective anti anxiety prescription medications. using a beta blocker for anxiety might cause other (more severe) health issues. Best wishes!
