Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes inflammation of the digestive tract lining. This inflammation often spreads deep into the layers of affected bowel tissues. Bile duct stones (choledocholithiasis) are collections of solid material, majorly cholesterol, bile pigments or calcium (gallstones) present in bile ducts, which is a small tube that carries bile from gallbladder to the intestine. these stones may remain inside the duct and thereby resulting in blockage of the duct.Blockage of bile duct can cause the ducts to widen (dilate)causing fever, chills and jaundice (a yellowish discoloration of the skin and the whites of the eyes), loss of hunger, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain in right upper or middle upper abdomen, etc. most gallstones do not show any symptom for a long time.

That is pretty self explanitory I think. if someone is having gall bladder trouble or a gall bladder attack would they feel worse after eating? and what other symptoms would occur?

You would mostly hurt after eating. Certain food will aggravate the condition. if left untreated it will eventually hurt all the time. if you have pain on the right side of your body, close to the bottom of your ribs and / or as far over as your stomach.for me it felt like dull hard ache with some burning sensation. I developed gall stones and they eventually ended up plugging my bile ducts. This made my skin and eyes turn yellow, and poisoned my system. if you think you have gallbladder problems, get to a doctor right away. Your doctor can do an ultrasound or x-rays to check for stones.
