I have a bruise like three below my knee and it hurts to bend my knee or walk fast. it doesn't look swollen to me and there is no discoloration but it hurts when I try to press my fingers against it and sometimes it throbs when I get up for laying down for a long period of time. could it be a bone bruise? I hope not.
