my foot is kind of painful in the back of the heel, towards the right part of the ankle, when i'm not doing anything, just walking. It is partially swollen and it hurts a bit to the touch. When i run for about 2-3 minutes there is this incredible pain that causes me to limp everywhere. if not a bone spur, could you please tell me what it could be? thanks
