My cramping has gone away, not completely but very noticeably. And i don't know if I am just used to my boobs but they don't feel as hard as they were the first couple days after I found out i was pregnant. I am still so exhausted though, I got 10 hours of sleep last night and it was hard to get up this morning! And I am feeling super tired right now. Is it normal for symptoms to come and go? this is my first baby and I just want to do everything right!

That is all I think about, sleeping. how soon is bedtime, the weekend is here so I'll sleep in … I've been like this since the very beginning which is about 10 weeks along now. give me a chair and I'll sleep in it, doesn't matter. my boobs decreased after 2 weeks and now I just get a bit of dizziness now and then and an odd 'pinch' or cramp that lasts about 2 seconds. There's nothing wrong with no symptoms, but odds are, they will come and go throughout different stages of your pregnancy. now that the initial surge of hormones used to create your pregnancy is over, it's likely they are just leveling off.

Yeah, that's normal. I'm at 13 weeks and barely have any symptoms. I never got morning sickness. I did get the exhaustion though, but it seems to go away around week 12. Just hang in there

I am just wondering what everyone's pregnancy symptoms were.

Feeling, tired, crampy, sickly sometimes, hungry when im not feeling sick, soor boobs and been having headaches.

All of those…and having to go to the bathroom every hour.

Im 9wks pregnant & my boobs hurt &i eat alot but i have had 3 miscarriages all at 7wks and a couple days what should i know riqht now? Oh and how i found out that i was pregnant is that i went to the hospital and i showed 4wks with a hcg level of 461… is that normal my next doc appt. is on the 9 of this month March.

I would say about a month after or 3 weeks at least i remember mi started about 3 to 4 weeks and they didnt happened all at once my only symptom was very sleepy and cramps with sore boobs but i thought they were from my period coming soon and about two weeks after that my morning sickness started but i already knew i was pg by then.

I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms at all. the only way I knew I was pregnant because I didn't get a period. No morning sickness, sore breasts, or fatigue. But the symptoms can show up anytime now. I would be thankful right now though.

Make sure not to freak out if you get some symptoms … it could be your body playing tricks on you … just wait till your missed period then get a BLOOD TEST!!! dont spend money on pee sticks … I spent over $1000 on them and they didnt work!!!

implantation normally occurs around the time of a missed period. Symptoms vary from person to person but you would normally feel them a few days after! symptoms and signs could be from cramping to light bleeding.

My first "symptom" was implantation itself. 1 week before period had cramping…followed by breast soreness the next day that got worse and worse. this has happened in all 4 of my pregnancies.

Ok so I got a BFP last week, and I have a doctors appointment on tuesday. so, I did one of those online pregnancy calculators and it said I was five weeks (it could be off, but i was curious). Anyway, when I first got my BFP I felt sick, throwing up, cramps, bloating, peeing all the time, and sore boobs. Well now a week later i have sore boobs and an occasional cramp, is that normal for symptoms to go away? I'm nervous that something is wrong!

Nothing is wrong, symptoms come and go with pregnancy so consider yourself lucky! As long as you have no bleeding you are good! Congrats!

i am surprised u HAD symptoms so early on.with my first two pregnancies(completely unexpected) i didnt even know i was pregnant until my 8th week because i had NO symptoms.and even then i took a test when i finally realized that i had missed my period and two days later the "symptoms" set in.which my husband still jokes about saying that as long as i didnt know,i was fine and the moment i found out i started throwing up all over the place.
i am pregnant with my 3rd and i had "symptoms" for a day maybe,that even just fatigue which went away the next day.i am 4 weeks now.so dont worry too much.everything is fine.

My symptoms came and went in the first trimester. I would have a few days where I felt great and then a few sick ones. Its normal. Good luck at your doctor appt next week!
