i get really bad stomach pains on and off for periods of about a month, but they've never been as bad as they are this time.

i guess the list of symptoms simplified is this:
intense cramping and/or sharp pains in lower left and/or right abdomen (always after eating, sometimes even without eating)
vomiting an average of three times a day, more after eating meat (also, i haven't been able to eat beef for a few years now. it makes me so sick)
constant exhaustion, no matter how much i sleep
headaches, probably from all the pain
near-black diarrhea almost every bowel movement, which are usually once every 2-3 days
6 pounds lost last week, even though i've been eating much more than normal to try to maintain my weight

i have no symptoms of just simply being sick.
i don't have a fever, but i feel feverish. my temperature has been constantly below normal.
might i emphasize how the abdomen pain is constant and intense? it interferes with my daily life.

this has been going on for two or three weeks for this time.
also, i have a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
i just want to have an idea of what's wrong ahead of time.

Your symptoms sound so similar to mine except everytime I go to the dr they say it's acid reflux. I'm constantly in pain not just the lower stomach but in between my rib cage at the top, gas, belching and bad indigestion. Dysmenorrhea or painful menstruation may be caused by endometriosis but the typical pain of endometriosis usually starts a few days prior to onset of periods and disappears once regular menstrual flow starts. It is more a deep seated pain in the lower abdomen, pelvis and back, and is different from the cramping abdominal pain felt during periods.Endometriosis may cause irregular, heavy periods. my right lower side where small and large intestines meet has been hurting for six months. dr. thought it was my endometriosis and took my female organs out. I am still in the same pain.

My husband was diagnosed 9/20/08 with advanced colon cancer with mets to liver.
He had been sick for 4 mos. exhibiting the signs people have listed in response to your question.
However, he also experienced severe chills, ran a moderate to high temperature and experienced nausea and vomiting.
He was encouraged to have a colonoscopy but refused until week of diagnosis.
Dont wait to long. He had a blockage in intestine and had 2 colostomies done as a result.
Also since his blood count has remained low they have been unable to inititate chemotherapy for palliative (comfort) reasons.
He has been one sick puppy. but we can be grateful that he is not experiencing any pain.

Unless you're deviously gay, you're not going to like my answer.

Go see a doctor, he will place his fingers inside your rectum as far as he can and then press down with pressure. If it very painful, you have prostate problems. If you feel no pain when he presses down, then you are OK and healthy.
A doctor did that to me once, and I came home and pleasured myself.

Bottom-line, go see a doctor.

trouble with urination and bowel movement.

your discomfort is in your gastrointestinal tract or your pancreas.

your too young for your prostate to be dysfunctional
