I took a pregnancy test yesterday because my ovulation calendar software said it was time to test, and got a positive result. but, I have had really no symptoms, aside from a bit of fatigue and being overly emotional and hungry more often, all of which can be explained away. When can I exepct some of the other symptoms: breast tenderness, morning sickness, etc?

Congratulations! Well everyone is different but I would say that most start around 6-8 weeks

I started feeling sick at about 7 weeks pregnant. BUt I had little cramping and definite fatigue as soon as I found out I was pregnant around 4 weeks. My breasts didnt start feeling really tender until 12 weeks or so, and now they are super bad! I am 16 weeks pregnant with my first baby! So I have just recently experienced these things!

Within the next couple of weeks, and definetly within the first 2 months, especially the fatigue. I think at no other time is it so bad as in the beginning.

Everyone is different. some go through the whole nine months with nary a symptom, many don't even know they're pregnant until a friend mentions the "glow" around them, and yet some women insist they feel a life inside them within moments of conception. So it really depends, but I'm happy for you and maybe if you start shopping you'll notice some symptoms as you're picking out the crib.

Mine symptoms started around 4-6 weeks. with my last/third baby I had symptoms starting at 4 weeks.

when your **** start hurting too mush. and throuing up with no food poisning

NOTES:
Symptom 1 (hot flashes)
Hot flashes are due to the hypothalamic response to declining ovarian estrogen production. the declining estrogen state induces hypophysiotropic neurons in the arcuate nucleas of the hypothalamus to release gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in a pulsatile fashion, which in turn stimulates release of luteinizing hormone (LH). Extremely high pulses of LH occur during the period of declining estrogen production. the LH has vasodilatory effects, which leads to flushing.

Symptom 8 (dry vagina)
results in painful intercourse

Symptom 11 (doom thoughts)
includes thoughts of death, picturing one's own death

Hormone therapy ameliorates the depression dramatically.

Symptom 25 (weight gain)
often around the waist and thighs, resulting in the disappearing waistline

Symptom 29 (shock sensation)
"the feeling of a rubber band snapping in the layer of tissue between skin and muscle. It is a precursor to a hot flash"

I am 7 weeks along and had an ultrasound last week. We saw a strong heartbeat. I've had 2 miscarriages in the past and am just extremely nervous, cautious and probably a bit paranoid. I have had breast tenderness for a while now, and it seems to be stronger at night.

During the day I barely have any symptoms at all – no nauseousness, cravings or anything. Has anyone else felt this way before? I'm concerned of the lack of "symptoms" I'm feeling.

Some ladies have no symptoms at all, try to relax all of the stress you're feeling so is the baby.

Try not to worry, my first symptoms was sore boobs i never had nausea or havent craved anything, didnt pee alot, no heartburn or anything just been tired. Im 24 weeks now and had my scan today and babys healthy, so try not to worry too much you could be one of the lucky women like me who have a gud pregnancy

With a history like yours it is normal to worry. with my 3rd pregnancy I had issues like that too. Even before I knew I was pregnant my breasts would hurt from nothing more than a stiff breeze, and certain smells would make me want to puke. I even told my boss at 7 weeks becasue I worked in a restaurant and did not want him to think I had the flu or something if he caught me puking. A week later my breast tenderness was gone along with all my other symptoms. I called my OB and the nurse had me come in for an US to see the heartbeat. Of course there was a HB and everything was fine….and the baby is now 3 years old! I would wait a week or so ( I know it is hard) and if you still are not feeling pregnant, call your doctor and ask them to reassure you.

I thought it was PMS, but I was in fact pregnant. The only symptoms I really felt were the breast tenderness and the constantly being tired and sleepy. I found out I was pregnant 3 days after my period was due and the symptoms didn't go away and got my other symptoms like the heightened smell and morning sickness around weeks 5 and 6. Good luck!!!

You can easily get the symptoms just after the two weeks of conceptions. All the best. Hope you both are going to have a good news.

A blighted ovum usually occurs in the first few weeks of pregnancy, often before a woman even knows she’s pregnant.

With a blighted ovum, a woman may miss a period and have a positive pregnancy test. this is because the placenta secretes human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), a pregnancy hormone. Symptoms of early pregnancy — such as fatigue and breast tenderness — are possible as well. but when the placenta stops growing and hormone levels decrease, the pregnancy symptoms subside. At this point, minor abdominal cramping and light spotting or bleeding are possible. an ultrasound will show an empty gestational sac.

A blighted ovum eventually results in miscarriage. Some women choose to wait for the miscarriage to happen naturally, while others take medication to trigger the miscarriage. in some cases, a procedure called dilation and curettage (D&C) is used to remove the placental tissues.

Most women who’ve had a blighted ovum go on to have successful pregnancies. If you experience multiple consecutive miscarriages, you might consider testing to identify any underlying causes.

Ovarian cysts are very common in women – Earl53 at Morguefile.comSome women experience extreme ovarian cyst signs. Symptoms often scare the women because they often cause a lot of pain.

Ovarian cysts are actually quite common. Women usually don’t realize they have them because they grow undetected and go away undetected a month or so later. Rarely, however, these growths become problematic. For this reason, women must understand how to recognize ovarian cyst signs. Symptoms usually aren’t pleasant, but if they indicate a real health problem, early detection is important.

Pain from an Ovarian Cyst

Ovarian cyst signs, symptoms, and clues often begin with pain. Pain sometimes comes as sharp pelvic or abdominal pain. sometimes women notice a dull ache in their legs or upper thighs. also, they might notice breast tenderness, more painful than during a regular menstrual cycle.

Sometimes pain only occurs during certain times, or when performing certain actions. For example, a woman may feel completely normal until her period when she experiences abnormal pelvic pain. also, women usually indicate pain during sex as common ovarian cyst signs or symptoms.

Less Detectable Symptoms of Ovarian Cysts

When women feel something strange or abnormal around their pelvic region, they might easily come to the conclusion that something is wrong with their reproductive organs. other symptoms of ovarian cysts, however, aren’t as easy to diagnose. some women experience vomiting and nausea and have trouble urinating. Coupling these signs with other common symptoms helps women and doctors indicate the real source of the problem.

Serious Ovarian Cyst Symptoms

Again, while most ovarian cysts aren’t anything to worry yourself about, some represent a serious health problem. some cyst symptoms indicate a medical emergency and women should seek medical care immediately. These include dizziness and sudden strong abdominal pain. also, if a woman experiences all three signs of a fever, vomiting, and pelvic pain, she should see a doctor.

Ovarian Cyst Treatment

Since most ovarian cysts go away on their own, doctors usually recommend coming back for a reevaluation after about two months for a re-check. if the cyst hasn’t shrunk in size, or if it’s grown, they will perform a laparoscopy to remove it. then, some doctors prescribe birth control pills to prevent the woman from ovulating and developing more cysts in the future.

Although the pain associated with some ovarian cysts is extremely strong, in most cases, it is nothing to worry about. As long as the woman keeps a close eye on her body and pays attention to any changing symptoms, ovarian cysts usually lead to nothing serious.
