I have Ulcerative Colitis and last thursday my doctor started me on antibiotics. You're not testing too early. Sounds like you want to be pregnant and please do not do this unless you talked it over with your boyfriend first. The birth control wouldn't be effecting the test, if it's negative it's negative. Increased discharge also. so, yes, it's possible to have symptoms before a test comes out positive. however, if you had sex on September 7, I would think a positive test would show positive by now. mine showed positive less than 2 weeks after sex. If you don't start your period in the next few days, test again to be sure.

I started having symptoms with my first a week after I conceived. That's how I knew I was pregnant. I had really bad heartburn and felt nauseous especially at night it was horrible and since me and my boyfriend we not using any protection I knew right away that's what it had to be. Birth control will not affect the outcome of the pregnancy tests. I got pregnant 3 days before starting BC and had no idea…. That test still worked just fine!

I would think your tests would work by now, but everyone is different, try again in a few days and see. maybe even with a different brand test. If you still doubt, just go to your dr's office.

my period is due this weekend, i too have been having some symptoms but now keep telling my self i might be imagening it all.
you can get symptoms as early as the day you conceive, which is usually the 2nd week in your cycle, then called the 2ww (2 week wait) the time a test wont show up, some people however but first responce and clear blue digital, as they are more sensitive in the pregnancy hormone and can show up positive if u are pg about 3-4 days before your period is due, but they are pricey and if u get a negative, you might still actually be pg, but its too early to test, depending on when you ovulate, as it is different for everyone, usually dat 14-17 after the first day of your last perios, but it only takes the one time, you who knows!!
is this your first pregnancy if u r pg? if so then you may be someone who had sypmtoms early, or like me think your imagening it all.
some people i know on a forum had the same feelings, tirednedd, vainy boobs, sickness, craving to then all go away and start there period, some however were right anf got a positive pg result.
the best thing to do, is test the day your period is due, this is when drs advise you to test, even if u bleed it might be an implantation bleed, and you may think your not pg when u are.
i had this will all my 3, bleed for about 2 hrs slightly thought it was my perios, but tested anyway, and there was a positive, and 9 months later, i had my babies.
