I have an OCD lesion that's gone cystic in my ankle. We're trying conservative therapy with a hard cast/no weight bearing, since I wouldn't be able to do a surgery for at least 6 months. I feel all sorts of weird sensations now around my ankle. sometimes heat, sometimes some discomfort/slight pain. Wondering, more like hoping, these are signs of healing? does anyone know what to look out for?
