Herpes is not a death sentence. 90% of americans are said to carry the virus by CDC on their web page. 25% carry the HSV2 virus (genital herpes) at some time in their lives. some people get it since they are kids or even babies. Having herpes is not for them to blame. Herpes can also be caught by KISSING (shocking?), sharing food or utensils, blood transfusion (same as aids), contact sports such as wrestling, direct contact with exposed outbreak/infected area/bodily fluids.

Doctors generally don’t do testing for Herpes. if you want it, you must ask for it, HSV1 and HSV2 and you must pay for it. Takes a few days to get the results depending on the lab they sent it to. Just so you know doctors are still skeptical about the herpes results.

A. Stay calm and get on with your life. Herpes have infected millions and most of everyone is still alive. I am cool just like everyone else and I will survive. I will live everyday to the fullest and get married and have children just like everyone else.

B. See my doctor and ask him to give me the 2 blood tests for herpes. if my results comes back possitive, i’m just like anyone else and I will find a way to deal with it. (preferable with Eastern herbal medicine).

C. Get everyone I sleep with in the future tested before sex. It’s my body and I got only one.

Anyways, herpes is a disease but even celebrities are living with it. Google it and you will be shocked by how many people are living with it. So, chill out, drink something cold and enjoy another day in the journey of life.
