The first sign that you are actually experiencing a gallbladder attack is a strong pain under the ribs or in the upper abdomen. Vomiting is another sign that your condition is rather serious. Other symptoms will probably occur right after your meals or at night. If this continues for more than 15 minutes, you should do something as soon as possible. sometimes this can last for hours.
