There is a really cute stray near my home.but lately he is acting weird.Is it because he is infected?Is it safe to go near him?

restlessness, antisocial behaviour, sensitive to light and touch, irritability, fever, difficulty in breathing and swallowing.

The symptom's of a rabies dog is the dog is going crazy and foaming out the mouth and attacking people or other animals.

Dogs with rabies act weirdly……..also…..they are hydrophobic…..they don't even drink water

you shouldn't wait for answers here, she should be on her way to a doctor if you suspect heat exhaustion.

Get medical help right away. Try not to Over Hydrate by forcing too much water. That can be just as deadly. If your sister was in a parked car she may be way over heated and needs immediate professional help. DON'T GAMBLE WITH HER LIFE. I YOU ARE IN DOUBT CALL 911.

I have a severe headache in the lower right hemisphere of my head and it's been lasting for around six hours so far. It's more of a pain like something is pushing against it or there's a stabbing pressure in that area. I don't have any other symptoms except when I cough it's hurts more and I'm a little bit dazed and uncomfortable.
When I lie down, the pain goes away but once i get up the pain comes back really badly.

could this be a blood clot?

Sounds like a migraine. Stay down, drink water, keep taking advil or aspirin or tylenol, whichever you prefer. If tomorrow it's the same, I'd see a doctor.
