That's tough to say, because no one knows exactly when they get testicular cancer. My best "guess" is that I had it about three to six months before diagnosis. My doctor told me, without treatment, I would have died in about six months. All cancers are different, and there are many different type of testicular cancer. My doctor told me I had a "fast-moving cancer". Without treatment, cancer will kill you.
