I am only 20 years old but I have been having some problems that led me to do some research. after I am finished urinating, I continue on my day but urine continues to slowly leak out. You are FAR too young for prostate cancer and you do not have symptoms of an infection. You need to see a urologist, they specialize in the urinary and male reproductive systems. This is not something you can fix yourself and vitamins will have no affect on it. I suspect it may be something genetic that did not create problems until you matured. A good urologist should be able to identify the problem fairly quickly.

It won't be prostate cancer, you are way too young. see a doc. It could even just be a muscle problem.
