How long does it take for symptoms of pancreatitis to go away.?
I had an attack of acute pancreatitis about 3 weeks ago. I was in the hospital for 4 days. I have taken all my meds. I still have a dull pain in my abdomen and my appetite has not returned to normal. My gallbladder was normal on ultrasound. I am sticking to the diet the dr gave me.
I wonder if anyone else has had these same problems and how long it took you to feel "normal" again.

I believe I have developed gallstones either during pregnancy or just recently.. I go to the Dr. this week but I was wondering if any other Mom has had problems with these? I got them when i was pregnant with my first. 7 weeks after I had her I had surgery. There is not really anything you can do I had to avoid tomato products.

Yes, I did. I developed the gallstones during my pregnancy but they got bigger after I had the baby. Hi,I am male,20 years old.
Smoke less than half a pack a day.
I had problem with internal hemorhoids.
Lately i discovered that my grandpa just had surgery from colon cancer,which increseases my chances.
