other than obvious lethargy and tiredness, can anyone tell me?

Those are the symptoms. It usually occurs after a very long and difficult illness.

People with C.F can't do much at all without being exhausted. A friend had it once, and at its worse she could sleep all night, wake up and walk to the bathroom and be too tired to do anything else for the rest of the day. This was after a horrible Glandular Fever.

lack of interest to do any sort of work, muscle weakness, body pain for a long time, depression, lack of sleep, digestive problems, hyper irritablity can be mentioned as a few symptoms.

Glandular fever feels achey and is characterised by a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes (usually in the neck) and extreme fatigue
