The only symptoms I had from conception till week 5 was period like cramps and bloating. I thought for sure I was going to get my period, but it never came. took a test and got a positive when I was about 4.5 weeks pregnant.
Nausea at 5 weeks that lasted till 16 weeks
Sore breasts at 8 weeks that didn't last long. comes and goes.
Exhausted from week 7-15. Still need extra sleep, but not as tired as I was in my first trimester.
Started getting a bigger appetite around 17 weeks.
My gums have gotten very sore and bleed more easily and that started around week 18. I didn't even know this was a symptom till I looked it up.
I'm 19 weeks along now and can feel the baby move a lot and it's getting hard to sleep. have a hard time getting comfortable even though I am not showing much yet and have only gained 3 pounds. My nipples are also starting to get a tad darker… not much though.

I had tender breasts, bloating, and was soooo tired that I thought I was getting my period-and I figured it would be a doozy. well when it didn't happen, I tested and got a positive =) From there we were sent to the Dr.'s where they figured from blood work I was 4-5 weeks along..so what I'm saying is, I felt it pretty early on =)

sore breasts since very shortly after ovulation, but got a bit worse at 4weeks. Fatigue didn't hit till 5w5d.

I conceived around March 18-19, and before April had come around, I was feeling VERY tired, and had very sore breasts. The first week of April I also had morning sickness, before I tested positive on April 11th. everyone is different, however. a lot of women say that with second and third pregnancies, you can tell sooner, but I'm not sure as this is my first and I could tell rather quickly.

Personally, I was 5 weeks pregnant and I thought I was PMS'ng… but the sore breasts kept getting more intense!

About a month ago I Passed out and hit my head on night table. I busted my lip and gums open. In the month since i've been to the er 4x and the hospital 5 days. I'm fustrated. I have symptoms of cold hands and feet. I get tired easily. feel weak. My skin feels sticky and cold. My lips and tongue are numb. I feel like my mouth is full of acid. I'm cold all day and I sweat all night when i sleep. In the hospital they did all kinds of test on me. they all came back fine. My blood, my organs, my head, my heart (spinal tap) ect. the first er visit said i had seizure. 2nd er visit told me i had hight bp (felt like having heart attack) My 3rd er visit i couldn't talk or move my body parts. My stomach and lower back hurts. I have thick stools evertime I go when or if i go. My shoulders hurt and my left side hurts more when I use it. everytime i eat it kills me. sometimes i don't even feel like eating. Eating wears me out. Chewing wears me out. the last visit two days ago to er came up with gallstones. this is the only thing they have found out off all the test. I get mixed reviews from all kinds of people. they say it could be never damage from my fall. or my gallstones. all i know is i ache all over and cold/numb. I feel like a lil old lady. I can't stand up right. since my last dr visit to er i've spent 2 days forcing myself to stay out of bed. I keep telling myself the dr say i'm fine. but i know my body I'm not fine. My symptoms aren't normal. My dad had gallbadder taken out year ago. he was severly sick. I'm seeing specialist after specialist. all my test come back fine. but i'm losing my mind. did i get an infection from the open wound in my gums/lip? do i have nerve damage from fall? It is my gallbladder? I burp all the time and it hurts. I don't get it. My mom tells me to keep going back. Don't take no for an answer. the er dr gave me adavan and the last couple of days i've had my 1st full nights of sleep in over a month. I still sweat and maybe wake up but i go back to bed. My bp normally high but good on meds has been very low lately. normal ranges but low for me. because i have no fever or infection in blood they keep sending me home. I'm currently unemployed and it hard enought. these visits to dr are killing me. will they ever find an answer. will i ever get better? I'm leaning towards galbladder. all that has come up. I do have bad cholesterol but have been off meds for a while because i'm allergic to them. I'm currently off all my meds. they thought it was them but 3 wks later i'm the same. If you could give me your thoughts and stories i'd greatly appreciate it.

Have them check your thyroid. Check TSH, T-3, T4, and thyroid antibodies. also check for possible food sensitivities or allergies.
IF fatty foods bother you it is a sign of gall bladder, or at least fat intolerance. the dr can order an ultrasound to see if you have gallstones. but that really doesn't explain all the symptoms. I would avoid fatty foods, and try a light, but high fibre diet. That will help the cholesterol, and may alleviate gall bladder symptoms. Avoid foods which cause distress. you should have at least 1 bowel movement a day. Light colored stools can indicate gallbladder or liver problems.
If all else fails ,you may want to go on a rotation diet to rule out food sensitivities. That is too long to go into here, but just google" rotation diet" and you should get the info.

Okay growing up all my mother fed us (my siblings and I) was weet-bix and milk microwaved for breakfast; no lunch OR we'd get something at school (either from the canteen or a friend) and then sausages, potatoes and canned peas for dinner.
VERY occasionally she'd buy fruit for snacks but we'd eat them all in one day.
My diet is ridiculously healthy now (still not the best but getting there).
Is it possible I had scurvy growing up?

BTW I'm asking because my sister lives at home and complained about some symptoms I googled them (whilst remembering having them when I was younger) came up with scurvy, got her on 1000 mg of vitamin C a day and it went away within a week (her gums were all bleeding and off as well as her skin being really scaly).

What do you reckon?

Sure you can have scurvy. Exspecially if your a Pirate! All it is , is not having enough of the C stuff you know. SO could happen. but if your a pirate it could happen even more…..I hate you.

DEAR DR. DONOHUE: In 1970, when in college, I had a friend who bruised so badly that she looked like a battered woman. The doctor at the health care center told her to take vitamin C because it strengthens cell walls. She did, and the bruising stopped.

Ever hear of scurvy? It’s not seen much these days, but in the 15th through 18th centuries, it was a common disorder and was rampant among sailors. Dr. James Lind, a British naval surgeon, experimented with groups of sailors, giving them a variety of treatments. The group given a daily lemon and two oranges recovered quickly from all the signs and symptoms of scurvy. those signs are small and large bruises, bleeding from the gums, coiled hairs, joint pains and impaired wound healing. Perhaps this was behind the college doctor’s prescription of vitamin C for your friend.

Vitamin C is involved with the synthesis of collagen, one of the major support tissues in the body. It’s a powerful antioxidant, neutralizing oxidants, which are byproducts of cell metabolism that wreak havoc in the body. it aids in the absorption of iron. it keeps the immune system healthy. it stops the bleeding and bruising of scurvy by strengthening capillaries, the smallest of blood vessels. I find no information that it interferes with aspirin’s anti-platelet effect. Platelets form clots that sometimes occur in arteries and obstruct blood flow. The result can be a heart attack or a stroke.

With your mother’s history of hemorrhagic (bleeding) strokes, you should consult your doctor before launching into daily aspirin.

Testosterone is available as a pill. However, oral testosterone isn’t the best way to correct a deficiency. it doesn’t reliably provide sustained blood levels of the hormone. to overcome this obstacle, doctors choose other methods of delivering it or prescribe a testosterone that has been chemically altered.

Testosterone does provide good blood levels through injection, a skin patch or a tablet placed between the gum and the cheek.

If injections are not your cup of tea, ask your doctor about these other methods of delivery or the substitution of an altered testosterone molecule.

Is it possible to have a sinus infection without ANY symptoms such as runny or stuffy nose fever mucus or anything that says YOU'RE SICK??? got sinus problems, the worst case was 5/6 yr ago.could not wash or touch my face,eating caused pain in the jaws,eyes were sore and had constant pain and headaches,told i was needing an op to clear the sinuses but so far have prevented it from getting as bad as it was 5/6yr ago, not a very nice infection to have.

My son has had this several times ,this sounds disgusting I know but here goes ,he had a really bad smell coming from the nose we could smell it from 4ft away it put him off eating , everything tasted horrid , green mucus ,pain in cheeks forehead ,gums and eye sockets ,some fever ,blocked nose and cold like symptoms.

I get very bad pressure behind my eyes, whenever I blow my nose it is green, I have a very floaty, disconnected feeling, feel very weak and not energy to do anything and most times I have no appetite.

Head ache, jaw pain , face pain, dizzy, eyes water, ear ache, and sometimes tooth pain because sinus path is just above tooth root.

I went skiing Jan just gone, had bright orange nasal watery discharge, it was quite worrying! Think was a sinus issue due to the altitude….
