What are the beginning symptoms? I have psoriasis on my scalp & elbows, not bad but it is there, now suddenly I have 3 bumps on my arm, by my elbow that itch like hell. they seem like bites, except they are graduated in size and very red. I took antihistamines but the itch is back, and no improvement. Any help? If it is an out break any advice to stop them?

You need to see a Dermatologist. (Skin Doctor).

There's no cure, but it can be controlled with the right medications.
