Theres a lump on my right leg slightly above my ankle,its not consider hard, and its not consider sharp but its surface area is quite big. its was first pain on the lump site then i realised the lump,but now,its not pain anymore. but,sometimes,other bones hurts,but does not last long. are these bone cancer symptoms?!

The simple answer is NO.

Go to the doctor to have it checked out!

Not due to cancer of Bone.
But may be due to anemia or other hematological or nutritional problem.
Better consult DOC.
