What are the early symptoms of throat cancer and is it treatable? and is 23 years old to young to develop throat cancer?

•Chronic earaches
•Chronic sore throat
•Difficulty speaking
•Enlarged lymph nodes
•Feelings of numbness in the face
•Hoarse voice
•Pain when swallowing
•Visible sores in the mouth or on the tongue

Men are far more likely than women to suffer from throat cancer.

I've been having these symptoms for about a week:
-hoarse voice (usually in the mornings)
-coughing a lot (usually mucus)
-mucus in throat
I HAVEN'T been having a runny nose, sneezing, fever…
What are these symptoms of?

Possible sleep disturbance
Asthma
