I'm fostering a puppy from W. Virginia since last Tuesday. Yesterday one of my dogs started hacking and coughing, today my other dog is doing the same. the puppy seems fine. What is happening here. the puppy is (supposedly) going to his forever home tomorrow. THey have a dog. I can't let this puppy go if he is sick or a carrier. please enlighten me.
