I'm about a week late, had 3 pregnancy tests come out negative. The last couple of days I've been pretty bloated and having dull back cramps in the middle of my back.

Yes, they are. but it could also just be your period on it's way depending on if you are ever irregular.

If AF doesn't show and hpts are still BFN, maybe a Dr. appnmt is your next step.
Sometimes hpts cant pick up someones HCG at all, but it's very rare.
