I am due to get an ultrasound on thursday next week due to suspicious findings on a CT scan last year and my liver blood tests. so if anyone can tell me what the symptoms of liver cancer that will be good and no I do not drink or have hep.can anyone help me with this question?

i had a relative die from cancer of the gallbladder.
she did not have any symptoms in the early stages.
as it progressed:indigestion,digestive complaints,intermittent pain on the right side.
