There are none. all of these TV ad shows are pure balderdash. This snake oil has been going around for over a century. Any doctor will tell you that the colon does not have unexpelled matter except in very rare cases of bad health.

I just started the cleanse process about a week ago, I feel great!! I feel lighter and just healthier all together.

It actually is a legit condition. when you get older, you are supposed to get a Colonoscopy annually to check for colon cancer but it also cleans out excess crap (literally). I have a friend who's mom tried out a colon cleanse and she claims it worked (she lost 5 pounds but if you take something that makes you have a bowel movement i think that tends to happen anyways) so i dont know. i guess it doesn't hurt to give it a shot?
