Welcome to the thoughts and musings of Jody DeBrege. I am not entirely sure what one should write about in an ‘about us’ section, so here goes nothing:

1. I have just turned thirty, and have gone through something of a mid-life crisis early

2. I’m single, I believe that this contributed to my mid-life crisis

3. It is really hard to find love in London

4. I work in fashion and beauty PR, it’s a horrible world full of quite bitchy people but there is a lot of free champagne.

5. the other day someone told me I should write down my thoughts, so I created a blog.
