this morning when i woke up i started feeling like my mouth was tickeling and numbing as well as the tongue. i have a strange taste and it also feels like it dries out.(not to the point of constant thirst) it starts in the lips and goes to the tongue. there are no dark or light spots but it just feels weird. any ideas anyone?

Symptoms of mouth cancer

Most people with mouth cancer have no early symptoms at all, but others may have:

* an ulcer in the mouth or on the lip that won't heal
* constant pain or soreness
* red or white patches in the mouth
* a lump on the lip, tongue or in the neck or throat
* bad breath
* unexplained bleeding in the mouth
* numbness in the mouth
* loose teeth
* Pain when chewing or swallowing
* a feeling that something is caught in the throat
* Loose teeth or dentures feeling uncomfortable and not fitting properly
* a change in your voice or speech problems
* Weight loss
* a lump in the neck
* usually small ulcer or lump
* normally pale coloured but maybe dark

* the lymph nodes (glands) in your neck become swollen

White or red patches can be signs of pre-malignancy. Pre-malignant cells are abnormal, but they are not yet cancer. if left untreated, pre-malignancy can go on to develop into cancer. But if you get the condition treated, you can prevent a cancer from developing. also have regular dental checks as they check for problems during each visit.
These symptoms aren't always caused by mouth cancer but if you have them, visit your GP or dentist.

Alcohol and smoking are the main causes for most oral cancers. also the Human papillomavirus and eating a diet high in meat and fatty foods and sun exposure( lip cancers)

I notice a pinkish color on my ball python around the lips where the tounge comes out and has darkend. He now has two dark lines goin down his lips, ending at the "chin". I am very scared and have researched into this disorder and found several things like it can cause lockjaw, which could lead to surgery. I saw that TMJ could be caused by improper posture because certain muscles are tight.. that cant be the case because im in ROTC, and all we do is stand up straight in perfect posture.. Ive been to the dentist and he said it could be an ear infection or TMJ..but ear infection does not seem likely and TMJ seems to be the case.

I have HPV. I was diagnosed with it the past spring and had to LEEP procedure to laser out some abnormal cells on my cervix. Since then, I've had sex with my new boyfriend. however, I'm been incredibly irritated since we started having sex. I noticed a tiny red bump right near my vaginal opening and my right vaginal lip has been swollen. My lips have always gotten swollen though ever since I first got my period. I never thouhgt much about it. is this simply a wart from the HPV strain? From what I've read online, it doesn't match the description. I have a follow up pap test in a month so I don't want to make another appointment to get this checked out. I don't want to scare my boyfriend either because I told him I have HPV but that I've never had an outbreak. is this an outbreak or something else?
