I don't think so. I know the arm you receive the shot can become very hard to touch & bright red. actually your entire arm can hurt.
But I don't think being tired is a side effect.

So I heard about a newscast saying that clubs in the San Francisco area have had a connection to some tuberculosis cases. This is high flu and cold season. If other people are sick in the club and you breathe their spores then you could contract whatever they have, but how your body heals or fights it off depends on who well nourished you are and what defenses your body has that could fight them off. however, in the case of tuberculosis you need to have a chest x-ray for a proper diagnosis. On Friday I had some vaccines for Hep a + B as well as for Tetanus and cholera. I went to a party on Friday night and had my fair share of alcohol. On Saturday morning I was a little bit hung over and went to play football for 2 hours in blistering heat. Afterwards I had an intense headache for the rest of the day as well as abdominal pain and nausea. Today my headache is gone, but I'm still nauseas and my stomach feels funny. I'm tired and struggle to consentrate. what could be to cause of all this? I'm quite concerned about it, as it's not normal.

I am sure that you are not having a gallbladder attack because you are able to sit at your computer and type. The pain that is encountered during an attack is extreme and you cannot function at all. It usually is such a severe pain that it sends people to the emergency because they think that they are dying. I have had them so bad that I actually passed out from the pain. It is on the right side just below the breast and radiates through to the back and up to the shoulder.
