My Dogs are coughing and hacking and are vomiting small amounts. and the Vomit is white. but its been this way for 3-4 days What are the Symptoms of Stimper ? What could be wrong with my dog if the symptoms of stimper doesnt match?

You must be referring to distemper. I would think that you've had your dog vaccinated for it, because it's required as a part of their yearly shots. if the vomit is white, it's most likely phlegm, which can be due to many things. You should take your dog to the vet, and get him checked out.

I think you mean Distemper? symptoms include

# Conjunctivitis (discharge from the eye)
# Diarrhea
# Fever (usually present but unnoticed)
# Pneumonia (cough, labored breathing)
# Rhinitis (runny nose)

What? no such thing. Has your dog had his shots? Take your dog to the vet, don't ask here. Your pup needs help, now! good luck and I hope your dog gets better soon.

It might be kennel cough, but you still need to take your dog to the vet to be sure.

So antibiotics can cause stomach cramps and loose stool which are also the symptoms of antibiotic induced colitis.

I have been having these symptoms for about three days now and have been off my antibiotic for three days now. How do I know when it could be a sign of something much worse like colitis?

I'm not sure what I've ate, but I usually NEVER get indigestion.

Here are some symptoms:
1) when breath in , I get a stuffy chest pain. I can't really pinpoint a certain spot.
2) I had about one diarrhea. :P

Very possible. Sounds like something you ate has had a negative effect on your entire Gastrointestinal tract. top to bottom.

It could also be the result of a viral/bacterial infection — but that is less likely.

Just give it time, and monitor the symptoms and things will get back to normal. take some pepto-bismal, or anything similar to settle the stomach. if you still have loose stool, take a bit of immodium.
