I potentially have an eating disorder, and I want to seek medical help for it. I haven't been to a doctor in years, so there isn't any medical history to go off of. I really want an official diagnosis, so what should I say and what would the doctor look for or ask? and would a regular medical doctor diagnose or would they refer me to a psychiatrist?

i first noticed i had gonorrhea symptoms 4 days ago, itchy, pain when urinating, discharge etc, but as of now i havnt had any of these symptoms for about 6 hours, just wondering off hand if anyone knows if the symptoms can calm down then play up again? Depends on the severity of the Autism if they're highly functioning more then likely they'll be just fine. if they are more down the scale you're not going to be able to treat them normally. There are treatments, but they aren't very good, but some have shown improvements such as equine therapy.

Let's say someone falls down and breaks a small bone… like in the wrist. for whatever reason the person decides not to seek medical help, even though he/she is in severe pain.

and if so, how long after the bone is broken might the person get ill?

yes, it is possible to cause fever…if tissue damage is high then it may cause high fecer too. the patient may be feverish within 24 hours.
