I had unprotected sex and i gave oral an penetration. There are some signs of Gonorrhea on my penis (discharge and sometimes pain during urination). I was wondering why there were no physical changes or abnormalities in the mouth region?

Oral mucosa is highly resistant to infection. it also has lymphoid tissues (tonsils) to protect it against such infections, lest we will have oral infection each time we eat, because our food stuffs are not absolutely sterile.

Usually oral infections from gonococcal infections such as from Neisseria gonorrhea are limited to the pharynx/throat, its what we call: Gonococcal pharyngitis. Symptoms may vary from person to person, sometimes you're infected but still asymptomatic. Usual manifestations would be exudative pharyngitis and cervical lymphadenopathy (swelling inflammation of lymphnodes in the neck). usually this is acquired MORE from fellatio rather than cunnilingus… hence the question: Male or female? reciepient or giver or oral sex? (but this is not strictly limited to fellatio only, you also risk the chance of getting one if you're doing cunnilingus)
