ive been having sharp abdomenal pain its not sever and it come and goes but im worried ab out my liver cause i take darvocet the pain is mostly on me left side what are all symptoms of sever liver damage i cant get a doctors appointment for two weeks and i dont want to go to the hospital cause its not that bad should i worry?

I would not worry, but I would quit taking Darvocet. Take something else which is milder.

Your liver is on the right side, upper right quadrant of your abdomen. you should worry about liver damage if you drink alcohol while taking Darvocet, which contains acetaminophen, combined can cause liver damage. Symptoms of liver failure are yellowing of eyes and skin (you may look "tan"), abdominal bloating, dark orange-brown urine, among others, including easy bruising or difficulty clotting blood if you are cut. Get it checked out. it could be something serious anyway, but maybe benign.
