What do the kidneys? The kidneys remove waste products that are in the blood. Do them this by filtering the blood and produce urine.

What are kidney cysts? To measure people ages can form in the kidneys fluid-filled sacs. these bags are given the name “cysts”. these are usually small, thin wall, bags of round or oval shape and are filled with watery fluid.

Kidney cysts are usually benign, i.e. non-cancerous. Usually, the cysts do not cause any problem. in fact, people can live their lives without even knowing that has.

Some people have Kidney Cysts by a hereditary disease called polycystic kidney disease, ERP. This disease can cause symptoms such as high blood pressure, pain in the back and side, blood in urine and frequent kidney infections. Not all people with ERP will have these symptoms.

What common are Kidney Cysts?Up to 50% of people over 50 years of age has Kidney Cysts.

How are Kidney Cysts?almost all Kidney Cysts are discovered evidence that generate screenshots of your internal organs. these tests include ultrasound, computed tomography, TC (CT in English) or images by magnetic resonance imaging, MRI (MRI in English). Sometimes the Kidney Cysts are discovered when one of these reviews is making for some other reason.

If I have a renal cyst, what might make my doctor?First, your doctor will ask you if you are having any of the following problems:

* between the ribs and hips, flank pain* belly or back pain.* fever,* urine frequently or* blood in the urine or dark urine.

If you are having any of these problems, your doctor will probably review and will order you lab tests.

If you are having any of these problems and their renal cyst is small, it is likely not need no treatment. Your doctor might want to reconsider the cyst in a TC in 6 to 12 months.

If you start to have problems your doctor may want to that you became a CT scan or an MRI of his kidney to see if the cyst is growing.

If the cyst that you have in your kidney is large, or if it contains calcifications (hard pieces like stones) or dense tissue, it is likely you need to do reviews of TC often so that your doctor can see if there are changes to the cyst.

Will I need surgery to remove a renal cyst?If a cyst in the kidney is not causing any problems probably won’t have to remove it. If the cyst that you have in your kidney is increasing in size or if it is causing problems, your doctor may send it where a doctor who specializes in problems of kidney, i.e. a urologist.
