Usually, I get chest discomfort and a lot of mucus/coughing/congestion. I exercised in a more humid area, and I still had discomfort but none of the other symptoms. is that still normal?

The triggers and symptoms of asthma vary widely from patient to patient. Asthma attack can be precipitated by an excessive physical exercise, and it is known as exercise induced asthma. Patients with "wet" asthma prefer stay in dryer air, so they use air condition or dehumidifiers; others with "dry" asthma prefer humid air, so they use humidifiers. To a certain extent, humidity helps liquefy mucus and phlegm, so it helps give some relief to air way obstructions.

Haliman

Yeah…they normally are…did you notice after the humid conditions the mucous lifted a whole lot quicker/easier? as in one cough produced more?
if exercise is the trigger it will be present in all conditions!

Back pain symptoms should be carefully analyzed, together with a physician in order to establish what is causing them and the proper action that needs to be taken. Certain types of physical exercise are beneficial for backache, but they should only be done after consulting a specialist. over exercising can cause serious complications.

Turpentine oil and Rumatone Gold oil are very effective. Rumatone Gold oil reduces the inflammation fast because it penetrates the skin and the muscular tissue very quickly. use any type of oil, like mustard or coconut oil to fry ten garlic gloves in it. this way you obtain what is called garlic oil and you can use it for massaging the painful areas.
Back pain symptoms can be ameliorated using herbs. those containing anti-inflammatory and analgesic substances are highly recommended. some of them have the same properties as aspirin, only that they don’t produce any side effects if used for a longer period of time. Boswelia, willow, rosemary and devil’s claw are just a few examples of herbs with a high anti-inflammatory action. Valerian and Jamaican dogwood are also recommended in case of severe pain in the back because they are powerful sedatives.

The smartest thing to do if confronted with back pain, is to see a physician and to determine together the correct approach towards your illness.
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 25 (UPI) — Retirement leaves people much less mentally and physically fatigued and to a smaller degree less depressed, Swedish researchers say.

However, Dr. Hugo Westerlund of Stockholm University in Sweden also finds retirement does not change the risk of chronic illnesses such as respiratory disease, diabetes and heart disease.

Westerlund and colleagues say the study of 11,246 men and 2,858 women in France who were surveyed annually from 1989 to 2007 — seven years prior to retirement and seven years after retirement. Seventy-two percent retired between the ages of 53 and 57, but all retired by the age of 64.

In the year before retirement, 25 percent suffered from depressive symptoms and 7 percent were diagnosed with one or more of respiratory disease, diabetes, heart disease or stroke.

“If work is tiring for many older workers, the decrease in fatigue could simply reflect removal of the source of the problem … furthermore, retirement may allow people more time to engage in stimulating and restorative activities, such as physical exercise,” Westerlund and colleagues say in a statement.

The research results “indicate that fatigue may be an underlying reason for early exit from the labor market and decreased productivity, and redesign of work, healthcare interventions or both may enable a larger proportion of older people to work in full health.”

The findings are published in the British Medical Journal.
