I had Pancreatitis about 4 months ago and I've noticed something different since I had it. it seems like most foods I eat now give me painful diarrhea or oily loose stool. I drink plenty of water a day and only eat about 2 meals a day. I haven't seen a doctor yet about this yet. I just read stories about people with Pancreatic cancer having similar symptoms. do you think my pancreas could be somewhat damaged from my Pancreatitis attacks?

Sounds like you have developed low levels of pancreatic enzymes, which cause you to be unable to adequately absorb fat and thus have loose oily (fatty) stools. it may improve as your pancrease recovers, but even if not, there are prescription pancreatic enzyme replacement pils that should take care of the problem (pancrease). Definately call you doctor for evaluation.
