I feel better than I did prior to taking the medicine which you can only take one tablet a day of, but my nose is still runny and my throat is still sore. is there anything I can do so that I'm not blowing my nose every 2 minutes?

Are you taking a prescription or an OTC? My Doctor gave me Allegra and it's better than any OTC, in my opinion. you should talk to your Doctor and tell him you're getting sick of this.
