Are the any women here experiencing/experienced pregnancy symptoms by week 4 in their pregnancy??? Four weeks pregnant symptoms only. Did you get a positive result at this time or later?

Starting at 3 weeks pregnant, I started having sharp achy pains in my lower sides of my stomach, my breasts were bigger and sore, and I was nauseous. I found out at exactly 4 weeks pregnant and my symptoms were just getting stronger from that point on.
