There really is no first Symptom of cancer … usually when you start showing signs, then its to late. if your friend is really concerened about this, she needs to seek out professional medical advice and have the necessary tests performed. that is the only POSITIVE way to determine if a peson has cancer, and the best way to find out what the real problem is.

It depends on which type of cancer someone has someone with stomach cancer can definately feel sick after eating that is not uncommon at all.
