So I am conviced I have prostatitis. I have been off any hormonal supplements I have been taking and been supplementing in saw palmetto pygmeium, green tea and pumpkin seed extract as I am aware of their prostate healthy properties. I will try my best to see a doc next week at a walk in clinic as I am unemployed. I am guessing by my milder symptoms I may have acute bacterial prostatitis I only have the frequent urinating as my only symptoms I had lower back pressures, one time it burned peeing and some joint issues. All but the frequent urination I am prepared to explain my story to a doc but is there anything to take or do to reduce my urination. My flow is completely normal if anything I feel that I am urinating more than I'm drinking like my urine is clear 50% of the time and I'm not drinking that much water. So any suggestions.
